Google Shopping Feed - Terminated - Site marked as suspicious

Hi, just wondering if anyone could please help, as I am at a loss of what to do.

I submitted a Data Feed for Google Shopping via Rocket Web, which had errors, which are now fixed, but my site is apparently wrongly marked as suspicious by Google, therefore, I can not advertise on Google.

Please advise if there is anything I can do about this - I am so extremely upset.

I have been an eBay power seller for about 10 years and I have 99.5% positive feedback out of about 30,000 feedbacks.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as I am at my wits end.

Thank you.

Hi Sue,

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

Two things that are important, are. 1. If you are items are being submitted to eBay also, then as a marketplace, eBay will be submitting those on your behalf. This, therefore does not allow you to also submit the items as this would be duplicate listing.

2. When an account is suspended, you need to work directly with Google in order to resolve the problems. Community members cannot look into users accounts directly, which Google are able to do. They will advise on what needs to be changed, if possible, in order to get your account up and running.

Sorry Tom, I have another question, as I am confused. If I am submitting the google feed from my website, NOT my ebay store, isnt that ok? I can understand it would be considered to be a duplicate listing if I was submitting my eBay listing direct to Google, but I find it hard to comprehend that a listing direct from my website to google being a duplicate listing. Please could you clarify. Thank you in advance.

Hi Sue,

No problem at all.

Are you still submitting to eBay? If so, then they will be submitting your items alongside those you are attempting to submit. I know with Etsy (another marketplace) you can within the store settings turn off automated inclusion to search engines.

I am unable to locate any information that shows the same for eBay, for that reason, if you are submitting items to eBay and you wish for them to no longer submit your items to Google on your behalf, I would contact them directly to discuss.

I would also like to say, this is only one assumption, Google assigning a suspicious account warning could be for reasons out with that of eBay, therefore I would also suggest reaching out once again to Google and asking for more confirmation.

Tom is correct, only 1 company / merchant can submit the product once. If in this case eBay submits the product on your behalf and you do it yourself via a different website than that is considered duplicate as you are the company who is selling the product.

As Tom suggest contact eBay to disable the listings. Do note that your sales on eBay might decline.

Any suspension warnings must be consulted with Google themselves ie contact Google Adwords.
