Hi Hugh,

Firstly, kindly verify that the brand attributes in your feed are populated correctly.

Then you can follow the steps here under "Create a product group subdivision" and select subdivision by brand during the product group flow creation.

If this doesn't help, do provide a screenshot or more details as to the issue you're facing so we can provide a more specific answer to your question Smiley Happy

Best,

Anne

When it comes to showing up or ranking high in Google Shopping, you need to understand that there are allot of ranking factors.

Makes sure your data feed is accurate and contains all the information needed, for example : Brand, GTIN (if manufacturer has assigned one), for variants the variant attributes etc...

If you would not have this data added accurately, Google will not allow you to get the full potential impressions. Which is publicly noted on Google's documentation.

Also resolve any warnings and errors in Google Merchant diagnostics panel.

Make sure your data feed information is essentially identical to that of the landing page.

In Google Adwords, make sure that you have a high enough bid, to compete against your competitors. You can use Search impression lost as your first data reference point.

Hope it helps.
