Google Shopping Campaign stopped earning impressions suddenly
I've been successfully running a Google Shopping Campaign via AdWords since Oct. 24, 2015 for our wines. I've successfully updated our feed several times, and my Google Merchant Center account shows that 17/19 of the wines are approved for PLAs, and 2 are under review. However, my PLAs stopped getting impressions and clicks on Nov. 14, 2015.
I have not warnings or errors in GMC, my lists are not expired, and I successfully uploaded an updated feed on Nov. 19, 2015. In AdWords, my Shopping campaign is not expired and has manual maximum CPC bidding in place. I have no warnings or errors in AdWords, either, nor did I receive any emails about my campaign or GMC feed from Google.
I have a budget set for $5/day, with a maximum CPC set to $1/day. I did increase the budget from $3/day to see if that was the issue my campaign is facing.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? How do I revive this campaign? We're entering our busiest time of the year for ecommerce and I'd really like to see what PLAs can do for us.

campaign, and have enough budget, bid, and quality, to
win a slot in the auctions, to gain impressions or clicks.
more generally, spikes in bids and a push to improve quality, by
competitors, are often seen around the holiday shopping season.
