Google Shopping Ads - Can not see my store and products

Hi all,

I set up Google Merchant Center, all my products checked as green now, and I also started Adwords and it is eligible. But when I checked my products in google shopping I can not see my products (luxury wedding invitations, vintage wedding invitations - also my product titles start with these keywords) even I can not see  my store name.

My store name is DoubleC Printing (www.doublecprinting.co.uk) when I search a product "luxury wedding invitations doublec" it shows some of my products (not all of them) and I can see my store name.  But when I exclude "luxury" and check as  "wedding invitations doubles" again I can not see anything

What am I doing wrong ? And can you please suggest me how I can solve this problem ?

Many thanks.

the seller-names listed within the google-shopping sidebar, like most all
google-shopping's (left-hand-side) features, are small subsets that are
generated automatically and dynamically; mainly based on the search
terms used, the seller's relevancy with respect to all submitted inventory
data, the seller's historic click-through-rate, the submitted data's accuracy
with respect to the physical item, google's cumulative, statistical, data related
to such factors, a user's behavior over time, along with many other factors.

generally, the longer the seller has existed within google-shopping
and the more relevant the search-terms, the more likely the seller
is to (automatically) be added to the left-hand-site seller's list --
but this is not guaranteed for every search (ad auction).

as was previously indicated -- never search for your own items

or this will skew the statistics and the seller may never be seen.

Hi DoubleC P,

Searching Google.com for your products is not a great way to test if they're showing, since the search algorithm adapts your search results based on your search history, and what it thinks will be most relevant to you.

When you look at the shopping campaign in AdWords, does it show any impressions?

Hi DoubleC P,

If you can see impressions in your AdWords account, then the ads are running. If you've just enabled the campaign it may take a few days for the traffic to reach higher levels of traffic.

Like I said, though, you do not want to search for your own ads. Over time, Google search will think the ads are no longer relevant to you (because you search for them but do not click on them) and you will stop seeing your own ads. Also, every time you view your ad but do not click, you are hurting your clickthrough rate on that ad, which can hurt your results in the future. So please do not search for your ads--instead use the AdWords dashboard in your account!
