Over the weekend our website has moved from Google Certified Shops program to the Google Reviews program. Will the reviews taken from Google Certified Shops move over to the Google Reviews? Our competitors already have 100's of Google Reviews showing on their sites but we don't. Is it just matter of time?

Thanks

generally, only reviews received within the last 365 days will be automatically
migrated to the google-customer-reviews program and should be visible within
a seller-ratings-page, under the google-shopping-domain.

in addition, a google-merchant-center-account will be required for migrating
a google-certified-shops-account to the google-customer-reviews-program --
google-customer-review details will be under the merchant-center-account.

the main change between google-certified-shops and google-customer-reviews
is the elimination of both customer-purchase-protection and review-extensions.

such review-extensions will no longer be displayed on search ads
and any existing certified-shops-review-extensions will be removed
from the ad-account, beginning in the march-2017 time frame.

exact review-extensions removal and customer-review migration dates may vary.
