Google Merchants - Account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation of self or product

Hi, 

 

My client google merchant account has been suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation of self or product. I have called Google a few time and I am getting the runaround. Does anyone know what could have caused this? 

 

I am using a Shopify site and using their app to connect to the google merchant center.  My account was open on Black Friday of 2017 and was running shopping ADS until I got suspended this month.

This is a serious violation and may result in a permanent suspension. Make sure you follow all policies and requirements. If Google does not provide any further info, than the likelihood of getting the account approved is non existing. In some cases the review team may have made a mistake, but you need to understand all policies and find out if you are within the regulations.

 

Every merchant / advertiser needs to read all policies

Regardless, there is little you can do to activate the account again.

 

Google must have felt you are doing something that violates there policies, for example you can not drop ship or affiliate, you have to clearly show who the business is, etc. etc.

Do you know that best way of getting ahold of a rep at Google to review my account? I have called a few time in the past month and no one call tell me what I have done wrong to get flagged.
