Hi!

#1

When i'm searching for the term "cocktailsæt" (english: cocktail set) my

Google Merchant adds are working fine and the results that i desire (for cocktailvision)

ar showing up.

Please see: http://imgur.com/cXZsRtU

But when i'm searching for "cocktail sæt" (in two words - which is suggested by Google) my adds

are not showing up. I have tried to adjust the CPC, but this is apparently not the problem here.

Please see: http://imgur.com/ay9xnTI

Can somebody help me?

I'm pretty sure that I use the right Google Categories in my feed.

Thanks.

first, thank you for the screen-captures.

generally, product-listing-ads are part of a highly competitive, dynamic, auction.

items must first have a searchable status in the merchant-center-account, and
also match an active product-group within the shopping-campaign of the linked
account, before being considered for the ad auctions.

then, the items must have enough bid and quality to

win a slot in one of the (product-listing) ad auctions --
winning a slot in the auctions is not guaranteed.

all data submitted and the landing-page may influence quality.

there are many factors that impact if a product-listing-ad is shown
for a particular search-term -- such as price, quality (relevance),
merchant ratings, historical click-rate, conversion rate, and also
importantly, the bid.

what shows for one person may not show for another, based on personal history;
what does not show now, may show later, if a merchant changes a bid for example.

always check the impression and click statistics within
the account -- rather than searching for items directly.

otherwise, forum members can mainly offer suggestions and possibilities
based on the information that is posted here within the public forums --
we would typically need much more exact information posted here in the

public forums, such as the exact data that is being submitted, to offer more
exact suggestions or possibilities.

otherwise, a merchant-center product-listing-ads
support specialist may be contacted directly --
