Google Merchant account suspended

Hi, I just launched my website on which I sell handmade jewelry. Couple of day back I opened my merchant account and uploaded few products. Today I received e-mail that “my merchant account is suspended” because mu contact information is not complete.

My question is:  I am running my business from home and I don’t want to share my home address on website. Do I have to provide business address (which is right now my home address) on my website in order to comply with policy?

first, you're welcome.

(1) typically yes -- if the second review fails simply
contact a merchant-center support-specialist at

google to explain the issue and do not submit

another review request until the website and

business are ready with the updated location.

pausing and deleting any data-feeds, verifying all products have

been removed from the products-tab in merchant-center-account,

and pausing all shopping-campaigns, is likely prudent.

(2) no.

generally, product-listing-ads require a high-degree of transparency --
for example, contact information on the website typically must include

a business phone-number that will ring and be answered, valid email,
and a physical (street) address that will resolve on google-maps.

also, items submitted as in stock must

be currently, physically, in inventory.

however, there are many other ad-formats and campaign-types that
are available, do not have such stringent rules and policies, and may
be a better fit for advertising the items at this stage of the business --

Hi Amisha,

As what Celebird Said, all these are the mandatory information that are required.
Though You not need to mention your house number, just add the street name which will be better for your privacy also.

Thank you celebird and Archit for quick response! I will try to include as much information as I can on my website.  Now I have couple more questions as below:

  1. If after second review they keep my account suspended, Is it possible in future to reactivate my account when I have separate business location?
  2. Will the suspended merchant account affect organic page views of my website?
