the best likely course would be to simply recontact google directly --
asking for a merchant-center product-listing-ads support specialist
may sometimes help.

forum members cannot look into account histories and
can mainly offer suggestions based on the information
posted here within the public forums.

e.g. the website's https/ssl implementation seems
to contain several potential security vulnerabilities.

as an aside, both the contact information and product supply-chain
seem to violate google policies; the flagged policy may not always
match the literal policy violation and multiple policy violations may
trigger a single disapproval or suspension.

that said, google is the final arbiter of all policies.
