Google Merchant Center Account Policy

Hi all,

My account has been suspended about 1 week ago due to return and refund policy. I have that policy from footer of my page in Turkish "İade ve Geri Ödeme Şartları". I guess my account suspended as mistake so I sent re-request. The guide said that it may take 3 day and I still having problem.


Do I need to do anything else ? Thanks

As long as you have followed the Returns & Refunds policy, then all you need to do is to request the re-review like you have done.


I'd recommend taking a second look at this page to make sure you are following the guidelines there. Most notably, "A return and refund policy needs to state explicitly if and how these actions are handled by the merchant, including requirements and timeline if relevant. We’ve created this policy based on user feedback that transparent merchant policies build a positive online shopping experience."  You'll also be able to get in touch with an AdWords specialist from the bottom of that page if you do not hear back or have questions when you do.
