Google Customer Reviews seller ratings can I change the lenght of time until the email is sent

Hi

We've just recently added the seller rating review to our check out. I'm wondering if there is a way to change the length of time until the review email is sent? We ship mostly to North America using Canada Post and United State Postal Service. Sometimes our parcels are delayed due to customs. We don't want to ask for a review if the parcel is stuck in customs. Hoping to add an extra few days to accommodate this.

Thanks in advance for your help.

first, you're welcome.

yes, the date should be determined by

the (opt-in) script of code that is installed

from the merchant center.

the estimated_delivery_date, in the code, should be carefully considered --

should not be hard-coded, or identical, for all orders, but rather, should be

unique and as accurate as possible, for each individual order.

the date a review may be sent out should be

determined by the estimated_delivery_date

value set within the opt-in code, on the site,

for each specific order.

each website or e-commerce system is different with

respect to exactly how the  estimated_delivery_date

is set, within the opt-in code, on the website, for each

specific order.

otherwise, if the reviews are being sent out early,

be certain that the estimated_delivery_date value

includes any possible, potential, delays.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to contact google

and also contact whoever is currently supporting the opt-in

code that has been added to the website.

currently, for the google-customer-reviews program google requires that
the merchant set as accurate order-delivery-date as possible so that the

user does not receive/complete the survey until after the order is delivered.

generally, be certain that the order-delivery-date is as accurate as possible,
for the country and specific order of the product or service being delivered
to the customer -- that is, the estimated_delivery_date within the opt-in code,
on the website, should not be hard-coded, should be as accurate as possible,
and include any and all customs or similar delivery-related time delays, with
respect to when the specific offer will be delivered to the customer.

similarly, for any service-related offer, the delivery-date should include any
service-call or truck-roll related delays, for each specific ordered service.

Thanks for your help.

We currently use EST a Canadian post platform which determines delivery dates of the parcel. But we've done a few test orders and didn't mark them complete through woocommerce but the reviews was still seem to get sent out.

Is the date determined by script of code we install from the merchant center.

Again thank you for your help and time.
