Google Customer Reviews and Bazaarvoice reviews

We are also using Bazaarvoice services on our website. But only a few reviews from Bazaarvoice are showing up in Google Shopping. Is Bazaarvoice still Google's partner? We have not  shown any new reviews in Google Shopping since last December. I am wondering Google only trust GCR reviews instead of Bazaarvoice's.

thanks

the data collected for seller-ratings is automated.

if ratings or reviews are not being seen in the
google-shopping-database, verify the following:

- the website-url and business-name within the sellers-ratings-site
(still) exactly matches the website-url and business-name that
have been claimed and configured in the merchant-center-account;
- at least 150 unique seller reviews, each from the past 12 months,
exist for the registered business within the seller-ratings-website.

if any of the ratings/reviews summaries are not being seen for particular ads
verify that the underlying feedback is directly related to each specific ad.

of course, trust is likely a factor for all google's business relationships;
there is no such factor as trust with respect to the automated data --

the data collected, stored, and used is automated and automatic;

if the aggregated-data is displayed for a particular ad, the major

factor is relevance with respect to current data and the specific

ad being shown.

all data collected should eventually be stored under the google-shopping domain.

otherwise, the best likely course is to contact the seller-ratings-site
support-organization directly -- to verify that the ratings/review site is
still in good standing with google, that  business-details associated
with the data has not changed, the underlying data is still available,
in a format that google can still collect automatically, and to have the

ratings-site verify, through site/server logs, or similar, and possible

direct communication with google, that the underlying data is either

being collected by google, or the related data is still being sent by

the ratings-site, to google, for automated processing.

for issues related to ratings or reviews not showing in google-organic-search
results, the best likely course is to contact the seller-ratings site and also
post within google's webmaster-central-help-forum -- google-organic-search
reviews or ratings are rather behind the scope of this forum.

In most cases, seller ratings only show when a business has 150 unique reviews and a composite rating of 3.5 stars or higher.

Google still take feedback from the Bazaarvoice review websites.

Thanks @Celebird  for the explaination on the Google shopping ratings. @SUNIL, in the Google search ads or organic results, we cannot see our product reviews stars. They were in the results before. Does it have anything to do with Google's choice? Or it is all about the settings in Bazaarvoice? thanks

first, you're welcome.

the response was not at all limited or isolated

to shopping-ratings, in any way whatsoever.

ratings in search-ads are derived from the same data source --
the ratings that are aggregated and held on google-shopping.

the google-shopping-domain is simply a repository/database of all aggregated
data, used for any and all ad-related ratings -- seller-ratings-extensions --
including both shopping-ads and search-ads, not just shopping-ratings.

star-ratings/reviews on google-organic-search are separate --
related mainly to crawled schema, structured, data directly from
the website, or sites with ratings/structured-data, related to the

business, and are mostly outside the scope of this forum.

for seller-ratings-extensions issues, the best likely course
is to contact the third-party-ratings-site support directly.

for google-organic-search ratings, the best likely course is to contact the
third-party-ratings-site if they have been maintaining any structured-data
related to the business, also contact whoever may have been maintaining
any structured-data directly on the website, and possibly also post within
the webmasters-central-help-forum.
