GTIN codes for both simple and configurable products

I have uploaded all of my product GTIN codes into my feed at simple product level, but they are not being transferred into the feed. I cant add in GTIN codes at configurable product level as the codes change per sku. Does anyone know a way to display GTIN codes at configurable level? Can I separate each simple product GTIN code with a comma?

all global-trade-data (gtin, brand, mpn) must be
assigned by the manufacturer -- not merchants.

a valid gtin must be assigned by the manufactuter and
is typcally stamped directly on the product or package,
at the factory, during manufacturing, as a valid gs1 gtin
bar-code with its corresponding digits.

variants (item-groupings) or different bundled items must
be submitted as separate item-offers with one, single, gtin
value per item-offer, as assigned by the manufacturer,
to the exact item being sold and shipped to the customer.

all merchants who are selling the same item must
submit the exact same global-trade-data values.

for example, only apple can assign global-trade-data to an apple product --
a separate gtin is assigned to a 16gb configured ipad and a 32gb configured
ipad; each must be submitted as separate item-offers, and if submitted, must
be in the merchant's physical on-hand in stock inventory; all merchants must
submit the same gtin, brand, or mpn, values, as assigned by apple.

Thank you, the manufacturer has now uploaded all of the gtins and I have updated my feed so hopefully the products disapproved due to invalid gtin will start showing in my feed again.

first, you're welcome.

that sounds like good news and thank you for the update.

note that google does not require global-traded-data
if none currently exists -- only valid global-trade-data
that currently exists must be submitted.

getting the gtin value directly from bar-code digits,

that is stamped directly on the product or package,

is usually best --

gtin from a database or similar may not match the exact

physical product being sold -- which is a policy violation

and grounds for disapproval or suspension, at any time.
