I sell products that have MPN's but some manufacturers have not (and are not going to) assign UPC's or GTIN's to them. These are replacement parts for items that do have UPC's.
Is this going to be an issue with Google not allowing me to list these items up for sale?

if no valid global-trade-data currently exists --
simply submit identifier_exists FALSE and then
do not submit brand, do not submit mpn, and
do not submit gtin, for such items.
google only wants valid global-trade-data that currently exists.
valid global-trade-data (mpn, brand, or gtin) can only be
assigned by a manufacturer or publisher, not merchants.
global-trade-data is mainly a legal designation that can
uniquely identify an exact retail item and manufacturer --
the same global-trade-data must be submitted by all
merchants selling the same physical inventory item.
