Free Shipping Not Displayed

My products all have Free Shipping but a few of the PLAs show up with $7.95 shipping costs. In the feed Shipping Costs are set to $0.00 and in the Google Merchant Center, under Shipping Settings, all products are set to "Free".

 

How do I get rid of these inaccurate Shipping add-ons? The landing pages all show Free Shipping as well.

first, try changing the destination/location in the merchant-center-account,
by clicking on an item's title under the products-tab -- especially try using
locations that typically trigger conversions, or are being targeted, or seen

as showing improper shipping details.

be certain that the shipping calculated within the merchant-center,

for those tested-locales, are accurate, with respect to the landing

page and actual shipping being charged, to all users within those

tested and targeted locations.


be certain that the price and shipping displayed by google as a shopping-ad,
exactly match the one, single, displayed product-price and default shipping,
on the landing-page, and exactly match what the user will actually be changed,
for all users within the target-country.

also, be certain the there were no other changes to the submitted
data (feed) or on the website during that same similar time frame
and that any submitted shipping values are exactly accurate for,
and cover, the specific country being targeted.

any valid submitted shipping for an item will overwrite and
ignore any settings within the account for that item -- but
any warnings/errors during processing can negate that flow;

also, google may sometimes take 24-72 hours for changes

to match a product-group and show as an updated-ad.

also, be certain that the other sites or venues, are not also listing
items that are identical, or (physically) similar in any way whatsoever.

also, be certain shipping is not mentioned anyplace within any
submitted data, except as part of a valid shipping-attribute.

also, be certain item id values never change for any physical inventory item.

also, be certain that the item is not part of a group -- such as
compare-prices; another item may be representing that group.

otherwise, currently, merchants have no direct
control over how a particular ad is displayed.

otherwise, this is mainly a peer-to-peer community; forum-members can
mainly offer suggestions based on specific details posted here in public --
forum-members cannot look into any account or submitted-data details.

posting more specific details, such as any specific attributes and values being
submitted related to shipping, specific screen-captures of the exact shipping
details set in the account, specific screen-captures of exactly what is being

seen, specific search-terms that triggered the ad, specific url's where the ad

is being shown on google-shopping, the specific website or websites/venues

that are being used, etc., may allow others to offer more specific suggestions.

otherwise, the best likely course is to contact google directly -- asking
for a merchant-center/shopping-campaign support-specialist may help.
