Free Delivery on Google Shopping

One of my competitors are advertising free delivery on their products! How is this being brought in? When I click through to the site and add the product to the cart it adds £6.95 shipping! So its not free! My ads display £6.95 and theirs display Free!

Sometimes people forget to mention hipping and tax in your GMC account or flat fee, was it greater than 0 and that cause this. I'm not sure you can complain about this or not. But I think user won't purchase if they misguided.

is only allowed in a valid shipping  attribute or set within the

google-merchant-center account.

(b) any mention of shipping information, or any information unrelated
to the physical item being sold, anyplace else within submitted (feed)
data is a policy violation and grounds for disapproval or suspension
from the program, at any time.

(c) explicit shipping information may be displayed by google based
on the shipping attribute or account-settings, or included within
a promotional-message that is set within the adwords-account --

for shopping-campaigns, separate ad-groups are
mainly used for adding promotional messages.

(d) shipping information must be either (1) exactly correct
or (2) an overestimate for the majority of users within the
(registered feed's) target-country.
