Hi - Its been 6-7 days and the feeds have still not been approved. I am new to this and not sure if Google ad campaign can be run linked with the merchant products. I have corrected all the image errors, there are warning for condition but I have disabled condition as there is only new products in my store.

I called into the help desk yesterday and they took down my contact to return a call from Merchant centre. The whole process is quite opaque to a new user, how can you guys help get this across the finish line.

Unable to paste the image, it barks some invalid HTML message. Here is a mouse capture of the screen.

that is the date the issue was found.

check the diagnostics-tab for the latest-date of google's website crawl.

then, verify the individual item's image and status --
by clicking on the item's title under the products-tab.

image data may take awhile to re-crawl -- if the same
image url was submitted then, the image_link url may
need to change to force an update.

the image_link (and any additional_image_link) attribute value must be
a url of an image file in a supported size and format (.jpg, .png, etc),
of the exact product being sold -- product-pages, pop-ups, image-boxes,
or similar, are not allowed.

google must be able to crawl all images, at all times.

the price submitted must match the landing-page price.

generally, after the issue has been fixed the feed should be re-submitted --
google must then properly process all data, re-crawl the site and images,
and compare crawled data to the submitted data, to verify that the issues
have been fixed, before assigning a new status.

unfortunately, forum-members cannot look into any submitted data or accounts.

Thank you Celebrid, people like you make the internet a better place by giving time.

Unfortunately everything you asked in terms of action has already been executed 6 days back (Jpg as image, refeed to the bot, price matches and it is not the same image url.

So, there is not much to do but wait for Google lords to act I presume.

first, you're welcome and thank you for the kind words.

be certain to inspect all the data submitted --
especially the data as processed within the
products-tab, against all google's policies.

for example, a condition is required and must
be submitted exactly as new for all such items.

otherwise, the best likely course is to contact
google support so a person can look directly

into the submitted data and accounts.
