Feed uploaded successfully, but no products appear

hi,

 

I am using shopify app to link to  my google merchant account, while my products have been successfully published on the shopify app I don't see them in the merchant center, do you know why?

Also I can see that my products are set up for country united states when my website is UK , how can I change the product destination in the google merchant center ?

the best likely course would be to simply contact
whoever is supporting the specific shopify-app
being used or, shopify-support directly.

generally, only items that meet all google's policies may be
seen within the merchant-center, under the products-tab.

also, be certain the proper target-country is selected, in the
upper-right-hand-corner drop-down menu, when checking
most any information within the merchant-center.

if there might be any misconfiguration, try selecting each country,
to be certain that the data is not being submitted improperly --
for example, first select the u.s. and then select the u.k. for all
pages within the merchant-center.

if the items are seen under the wrong target-country then,
immediately delete all those items, stop any submitted data
from being resubmitted (republished), and contact shopify

support, to help fix the issue -- to help avoid a disapproval

or suspension from the program.

if the shopify-app is using the content-api to submit items
then, the country and currency must be submitted as part
of the raw data -- typically configured within the app itself.

there is no way to select or change the target-country (product destination)
within the merchant-center if the api is being used by any (shopify) app.

also, if the shopify-app is using the (content) api to submit items, be
certain to check the api-diagnostics section in the merchant-center
for any reported issues.

otherwise, whoever is supporting the shoppify-app
would need to indicated exactly what is required
to change the target-country (destination).

as an aside, be certain that when the shopping-campain is being created,
in the linked account, the proper corresponding target-country is selected.
