My merchant center feed is paused and seems to be expired.  How can I enable and change the exp. date?  I am not given an option to edit this.

Hi Douglas,

Your feed needs to be uploaded at least every 30 days. More often if your
stock/pricing changes frequently.

I would suggest placing your feed on a URL for Google to fetch, so your
data-feed never expires.

To enable to data-feed once more, please upload a fresh copy of your feed
using the same registered data-feed name. Once processed your items should
start to appear within results in 24-72 hours.

This is assuming your set-up is complete within AdWords etc..

Expiry Date is only required if your items will expire within the standard
"Google defined" expiration of 30 days. If they will not, you do not have
to include this within your feed.

When you say your feed is paused, if this is within Google AdWords under
your Shopping Campaign, then simply change the status of this campaign by
following directions found here -

To reply to Tom's already excellent answer.
You can change in the data feed settings the schedule when to load a new copy. This will keep your data feed fresh.
