Failed to obtain the file listing in Data Feed

My data feeds are showing this warning message

"Failed to obtain the file listing. Please make sure the files exist AND that your feed has permission to access them"

I am puzzled by this because the "Fetch" indicates 106/106 successful items and no processing errors. Therefore the file was accessed successfully from Google docs...so I don't understand why I have received the warning

generally, be certain there is only one,
single, feed registered with google.

also, be certain the one, single, registered feed

is only ever registered once -- never deleted.

also, try rechecking the file permissions; generally,
the spreadsheet must have (sharing) access set to
anyone with the link -- for a scheduled-fetch to work
with a google-sheet -- as opposed to a direct fetch:

otherwise, forum-members cannot look into any feed or account details;
we would typically need more exact, specific, information -- such as the
exact url being submitted, scheduled-fetch details, screen-captures, etc.,
posted here within the public forum, to offer more specific suggestions.

otherwise, simply contact or re-contact google directly and ask
for a merchant-center, product-listing-ad, support specialist --
