Express Orders no longer coming through?

Hi all,

I was looking at the "Express" tab in our Merchant Center and noticed that we haven't had a Google Express order come in since 10/12/2017. We were having consistent orders through the channel before this date, and since then there's been nothing.

I then called the help line in AdWords and the representative wasn't able to help me figure out why the orders have stopped coming through. She speculated it had something to do with our feed, but couldn't find the exact issue.

She recommended that I post in the Help Forum, so that's what I'm doing. Does anyone have any thoughts or insights?

for google-express no longer registering orders --

(a) verify the google-my-business-account status and the current store-code,
against the current store-code that is being submitted for google-express.

(b) be certain the local-product-inventory feed
is up-to-date and accurate with respect to all
required attributes, for physical store locations,
especially the current store-codes.

the google-my-business account and local-product-inventory-feed must both
be updated, whenever a physical store location opens, closes, changes hours,
or changes in any other way that may effect location details or the store-code.

(c) be certain the local-products-feed is up-to-date
and accurate with respect to all required attributes,
for physical inventory, especially price and quantity --
otherwise, consider an incremental-local-products-feed.

(d) try the daily, weekly, and monthly date-ranges for the reports,
and check for any lost-sale, out-of-stock, or rejection, statistics.

otherwise, forum-members cannot look into any such account details --

posting more specific details here in the public forum may help other

forum-members offer more specific suggestions.

otherwise, the best likely course would be to contact the current

google-express-business-contact directly -- or recontact google

and ask for a google-express support-specialist.
