Everything looks right on the back end but I can't find my products on the front end

My feed says it is working, and has been working for some time. Adwords shopping campaign is working (and charging me for clicks). But when I search for part numbers and/or names exactly as they show on the "products" tab in merchant center in Google Shopping they don't show up. As far as reports go I am fine but my main concern is I can't show my boss their products on Google Shopping.

We have a BigCommerce page that XML feeds everyday. All products say "active" "successful" and "approved". Yet I can't find any of my products on the front end of Google Shopping.

Advice?

a product-listing-ad shows based on the bid,
quality, and winning a slot in the ad-auctions.

currently, about the only way to verify product-listing-ads are showing is to
inspect the impression and click data directly within the shopping-campaign --
not actual searches.

unfortunately, searching for your own items, even for exact part-numbers, or
names exactly as they show under the products-tab in the merchant center,
or both, will not necessarily show any results, and are not at all indicators
that the items are, or are not, showing for others.

importantly, searching for your own items or the same or similar items,
especially over and over again or without any positive (click) actions, can
adversely effect long-term auction performance, rank, and cost-per-click,
by lowering click-through-rates, as no positive actions are taken when the
ads are shown; such items may also be removed from those auctions.

other campaign-types and ad-formats have the ad-preview-and-diagnostics-tool
to help display ads without such penalties -- currently, product-listing-ads
have no such equivalent tool; highly ranked product-listing-ads may show
on google-search if the ad-preview-tool is used, but the results are less
useful with respect to google-shopping.

product-listing-ads are not guaranteed to show for any specific search-term --
an ad's impressions and clicks can only be checked directly within the account.
