to fix any invalid or missing required attributes,

carefully check the submitted data against all

google's rules and policies for the category, or

type, of physical item, being submitted --

https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112

generally, only physically in stock inventory items, currently

owned by the merchant, may be submitted as shopping-ads.

required attributes and google's allowed values,

are contained in the feed specifications, in the

above link, and designed in red, as Required

the error message means one or more of those attributes

are currently not in the feed, have unacceptable or invalid

values not allowed by google, or the submitted data, file,

or spreadsheet, has some other issue, resulting in google

not being able to read the data properly.

be certain the data is in a supported format --

one of xml, tab-delimited, or a google-sheet,

or proper json or xml, in the case of the api;

note that google does not support csv files,

or raw spreadsheet data.

click on any links contained within, nearby, or around,

the message -- for possibly more detailed information.

otherwise, this is mainly a public peer-to-peer forum --

posting a public read-only link to exact, specific, data

feed being submitted may allow other forum-members

to offer more specific suggestions.

otherwise, google may be contacted.

first, you're welcome and thank you for the link to the feed.

that looks like an invalid google-xml product-feed file.

verify all details against all rules and policies; for example --

(a) id looks to be missing -- id is required for each item submitted to google.

id must never, ever, change once assigned to a physical inventory item;
id is effectively the merchant's inventory stock-keeping-unit (sku);
a best-practice is to use a mix of only letters and numbers for id; e.g.
abc123de

id is required.

(b) size and all variant attributes must have only one, single, value;
S, M, L, XL is invalid and not allowed by google; google has very strict
rules with respect to variant items -- products that come in different
sizes, colors, materials, or patterns.

only physical, in stock, inventory items may be submitted --
each physical inventory item must be submitted separately.

a representative item is not allowed to be submitted --

such as a single item-offer with multiple size values.

generally, the link must preselect only one, single,
physical variant, or only one of the variants may
be submitted -- such as only the size medium.

for example --
a valid size is: S
a valid color is: Gray
an invalid size value is: S, M, L, XL
an empty value is also not allowed.

only submit valid, allowed, values;
only submit physical inventory items.

each physical inventory item must be submitted as a separate item --
however, google does not require all inventory items to be submitted.

size is required -- with a valid value -- otherwise, size is invalid;

similarly, color, pattern, and material must have only one value,

if submitted.

each value must match the one, exact, physical, item, being sold and shipped;

all values submitted must be relevant with respect to only one physical item --

values that refer to other physical inventory items are invalid.

(c) apparel/clothing items require the following attributes, with valid values:
size, color, age_group, and gender, in addition to standard required attributes.

empty values are also not allowed and invalid.

variants that come in different colors, and are submitted,

also require separate image_link values -- that show the

exact color item being sold and shipped.

(d) item_group_id with a valid item_group_id value is also
required for any variants submitted -- in addition to -- at
least one, variant-attribute value -- such as size or color --

that is unique among all items in the variant-group.

(e) be certain that valid shipping is set in the account --
otherwise, valid shipping must be submitted in the feed.

shipping must be either exactly accurate or an overestimate.

shipping must be either set in the account,

or added in the feed, as a per-item override.

(f) brand cannot be submitted if identifier_exists is set to no --
google will automatically submit the store's brand, that is set
in the merchant-center-account, for all items submitted; there
is no need to also submit the store's brand in the feed.

remove all brand attributes if all items have identifier_exists no

(g) importantly, that xml is using -- both -- cdata and

xml-escaped characters -- using both is not allowed.

either: <![CDATA[ this & that ]]>
or: this & that
but never both: <![CDATA[ this & that ]]>

using both is invalid.

(h) also importantly, the file seems to have html escaped characters --
that is generally not allowed and will not be recognized by google; e.g.
Mä

(i) also, verify the declared character-encoding in the file,
against google's detected encoding, or the encoding set in
the account, against all data submitted.

if encoding is not set, declared, or detected by google, properly,

then items with characters such as Größe may be improperly

processed by google, or declared invalid, or cause other issues;

alternatively, use all plain ascii text, such as GroBe

(j) some titles are descriptions are very short and not recommended.

there may be other issues that are beyond the scope of the public forum.

that best likely course is to review all google's policies
and technical details; if applicable, contact whoever is
creating the xml file, for a much more careful review.
