Is there a way to get email alerts when Google Merchant Center discovers issues like 'Temporary item disapprovals due to incorrect prices'?

Hello @Boeli_K,

Absolutely. When you log into your merchant center account from the left hand navigation select settings > general. Then select the edit settings blue button and change the email under "contact for technical issues" to the email you wish to receive alerts at.

You can add additional users under the "users" section also in the left hand navigation and add users with admin level access to the merchant center to have both access and receive email alerts. Remember an email can only be associated with ONE merchant center at a time so if you manage multiple merchant center accounts on behalf of clients you'll need to apply for a merchant client account (MCA).

This is an old topic and no longer exists. Emails will only be sent after a x amount of percent of issues. And no longer sends out emails as soon as an issue is detected.

 

To add youself as a contact go to the 3dot menu > users > contact

To change your email notifications > 3dot menu > preferences
