Dynamic shipping rates not supported?

On our site, we use a tool to calculate freight based on qty (to determine carton dims and weight), ship method, and destination point. We don't do flat rate, % of total, etc. Is there any way we can participate in Google Shopping with this model? Assume there is no "see seller site for shipping rates" option? Thanks

an overestimate may be used.

the quantity is always one -- the one, single, item-offer -- that is
submitted to google for a shopping-ad, currently in the merchant's
physical on-hand in-stock inventory, and can be sold and shipped,
to any user, within the target (country) selected by the merchant.

multiple items may be pre-bundled as a single bundled-item-offer, or

sold as single item-offer with a minimum-quantity-purchase (price).

there is no concept of user-selected multiple-quantities for a shopping-ad.

shipping -- may be either (a) set in the account or (b) submitted
as an override, in the data (feed), for each item-offer submitted,
and may be either (a) exactly accurate, or (b) an overestimate --
or is otherwise a policy violation and grounds for disapproval or a
(potentially permanent) suspension from the program, at any time.

if an accurate and valid shipping_weight is submitted, per item,
a shipping-weight-table may be created in the account, manually,
or submitted via the content-api.

see-seller, or any other ancillary information, submitted to google,
is a policy violation and grounds for disapproval or suspension --
generally, all data submitted must name or describe some physical

aspect or a physical characteristic of the one, single, physical offer

that will be sold and shipped to the customer.

otherwise, there are many other campaign-types and ad-formats
that may be a better fit to advertise certain types of products.
