Dynamic remarketing tags with multiple ecomm_prodid values

I've set up a dynamic remarketing campaign and installed the tracking scripts. I'm now verifying the tracking scripts using the adwords script validator and I'm being told that none of my products are qualified to be used in ads "Many products in the Merchant Center feed aren't qualified for dynamic ads". Can anyone explain why this may be the case? The feed works fine for standard shopping listing ads and I don't have any errors. Also there is nothing sensitive about the products - they relate to mens clothing (adults) e.g. shirts, shoes etc.

Thanks

generally, if the clothing is displayed using
models, be certain there is no partial nudity.

otherwise, the best likely course is to contact google directly
so they can look into the exact items and id's being flagged.

Thanks for the advice, models are not used ... it's just the clothing itself. I suspect this is actually some technical problem that is being misreported. As you suggest I will contact google and see what they say

After some investigation it seems that google is struggling to handle multiple product id's in the remarketing code. For example the tag assistant handles ecomm_prodid: ["977"] without errors but ecomm_prodid: ["966", "977"] leads to an error.

It's strange because the docs say you should pass multiple product ids as a json array

except for very specific pages, only one
item (id) should be on the landing-page.

also, be certain identical item_group_id
values are being submitted in the data
(feed) for any variant groups.

also, be certain the most up-to-date

version of tag-assistant is being used.

also, be certain that any dynamic-remarketing-tags

are based either on adwords-tags or analytics-tags --

but not both.

Thanks celebird, I've noticed the same behavior on the cart screen which i assume would allow multiple product ids?

Regarding the item_group_ids we have thousands but I've done a spot check on the some sample products and verified that they are correct. We don't have any errors in the product feed upload and the products work fine for normal shopping listings

first, you're welcome.

the cart is one of exceptions.

be certain the most up-to-date version
of the tag-assistant is being used -- so
no false-negatives are reported.

improper use of item_group_id and corresponding

landing-page issues might not be reported during

any of google's feed processing.

otherwise, what is the exact url of the page

and the exact feed entries for the items?

otherwise, the best likely course would be
for a person at google to look directly into
the account and website.

The website is http://www.charleshobson.co.uk. I just installed the tag assistant today so i'm pretty sure it's the latest version. This is what i've been doing:

1. Select a product and add it to the cart
2. Go to the checkout page and run the tag assistant - all ok
3. Add another product to the cart
4. Go to the checkout page and run the tag assistant again - errors reported

when the data-feed file (being uploaded) is viewed within
a browser window -- are there any quotation-marks seen?

what is the exact id value seen within the products-tab?

the id values must match exactly --
any quotes will generally not process
cleanly for this purpose.

So we have something like: <g:id>9143</g:id> and <g:item_group_id>975</g:item_group_id> for a given product.

The product is displayed in adwords with an item id of 9143 and i can search for it in merchant center using id:9143
