first, thank you for the screen-capture and link to the website.

possibilities to consider:

- health-care-related items are not allowed for dynamic-remarketing and
the way such products are represented to the public cannot refer to any

claims related to outcomes, with respect to shopping-ad policies.

- the about-us page looks to be mostly empty -- a trust-related signal;

- there seems to be no returns-and-refunds link on the footer of every page;

- almost every item seems to be on sale; google has strict rules for sale-items;

- there seems to be multiple landing-page prices with equal-sized fonts --
google requires the actual price paid by customers to be the most prominent

on the page, or only one, single, price, shown anyplace on the landing-page.

- there seems to be no accurate shipping cost details on the landing-page;

- there seems to be no accurate physical inventory stock availability details;

- the contact information seems to point to other similar shops;

- the landing-pages and blogs seem to contain claims related to results;

- the site looks to be related to affiliate or drop-shopping supply-chains;

any one of these issues is grounds for a disapproval or
permanent suspension from the program, at any time.

that said, this is mainly a peer-to-peer forum --
google is the final arbiter of all google policies.
