Dynamic Remarketing Audience Lists are not growing

Hi Guys,


So I have another question.  For dynamic remarketing we are using the Analytics custom dimensions, have set up the custom attributes and set up the audiences for 'Retail' that Analytics automatically creates.  However, our audiences for Cart Viewers, Product Viewers, General Visitors and Purchasers are not growing in size.  The specific client that I am working with is

generally, audience-lists are based on cookies;
many users clear cookies or do not accept cookies --
not every visit results in an audience member.

be certain the pages with audience-list-code are getting impressions.

be certain there are no defined exclusions that nullify any lists.

be certain that the language and location targeting match the lists.

be certain the tags associated with the user-lists have not be modified.

be certain that the analytics terms-of-service have been accepted.

be certain that the audience-code is properly installed and firing

on all related pages on the website -- for example, verify that the

audience-code is just above the closing body-tag.

verify all cookie/membership expiration/duration
thresholds within the remarketing-list settings.

verify the website/server is not blocking any of google's required resources.

verify the page loads fully without any (javascript) errors on the page;

assuming all technical details are functioning,
the most typically issue is website traffic.

as an aside, some items seem to have no image of the physical inventory item or
a logo as the image -- be certain these items are not submitted as shopping-ads

to avoid future disapprovals or a suspension from the program.
