Don't show up as a Brand on the Google Shopping results page

Hi all,

We are an e-commerce platform and rank for many products on Google Shopping for our search terms on the first/second/third page. We included our Brand name as a label in the feed. In addition, our brand name shows up next to the price on the results page. However, on the left side, you can't filter on our brand, as we are not among them for any search term (even the ones we cover 50% of the results). I am wondering if anyone can clarify why we don't show up?

Thanks in advance!

This is based on an algorithm and Google has not publicly explained how this is calculated. Using basic understanding it is based on merchant popularity ranking over time. This can be impressions, clicks, ctr. My recommendation is to make sure you have the highest impressions and ctr possible and over time, you might be considered.

As mentioned this is an algorithm and we forum members will not know the ins and outs of Google's private information.

Hope this helps.
