Do I need Product availability on my website

We are currently updating and changing a lot of things on our company website. I was wondering if taking off the icon or notification that states whether a product is in stock or not would effect my shopping ads in google or result in google merchant center suspensions.

I know that product availability is a required field in the Product feed file and I will be keeping that in the file. I am just unsure if it is needed on our website.
