Distribution Interval Error in Google Promotions

Setting up a promotion feed in Google Merchant Center and getting the following error, which I can't find any information about:

Distribution interval endpoints do not contain a time zone.

'Distribution interval' endpoints must have timezone if redemption channel is ONLINE.

The promotion_effective_dates is set to 2017-01-24T00:00:00/2017-07-23T00:00:00

What does the error mean? I thought it would reference the promotion dates (above, which appear to be right.)

Oh, the example provided in Merchant Center is actually incorrect then as they make no mention of the time-zone modifications having to exist.

What you provided is incorrect with the colon preceding the + symbol, but lead to the right format (so thanks):

2017-01-22T00:00:00+00:00/2017-07-21T00:00:00+00:00

The correct value is : 2017-01-24T00:+00:00/2017-07-23T00:+00:00

Hope it helps.
