Disapproved items , reuploaded then error

So I downloaded the disapproved items from merchant center and plucked out all the items from my feed from a formula that was obtained and reuploaded it but now google is stating I have errors on "id" being the same.

So do i need to always have a uniqe id each time i reupload for fixing or deleting items?

If yes i don't mind that, but I waited for about 1-2 days to see if it might clear up do to recrawling but i didn't see it. So i just deleted the feed and put in new id

And wanted to make sure if I reupload the feed i need new id number (the new upload of the feed will not have the disapproved items as i deleted them).

if items were deleted, never reuse those id --
unless the same physical items are added back.

id is the identifier for only one, single, physical inventory item.

a best-practice is to use a mix of both letters and numbers for id; e.g.
abc123us
especially if a spreadsheet is being used -- so a sheet does not inadvertently
increment, or change an id value, for a specific physical inventory item-offer.

id must never, ever, be changed for the physical inventory item,
once the id has been assigned to the physical inventory item --

unless a person at google indicates to do so.

if the physical inventory item is removed from being submitted,
regardless of how, then the id should never, ever, be reused,
for any other item, unless that exact physical inventory item
is added back later.

id is essentially the merchant's inventory stock-keeping-unit (sku)
for an exact, specific, physical inventory item, being submitted.

new id should never be added, unless a new physical inventory item is added.

the id value must be unique per physical inventory item --

regardless of any feed, or how an item may be submitted.

only physical inventory items may be submitted as shopping-ads.

google tracks all product inventory item history by id -- not any feed.
