Disapproved data product & contact us refuses phone number

Hi

 

I have 2 products on my data feed been dissaproved and have not been told why, I have received no emails about them and have just had them removed.  On the Data Quality section of my merchant center it just says "No issues with your data have been found at this time." which suggests there is not problems.  But 2 of my products are not being shown on google.  

 

When I go to the Merchant Help Center to contact them to find out what the problem is it will not let me put my telephone number in to send the form.  I have tried literally every format I can think of but I cannot send the form without a number in there and I cannot find out the problem without sending the form which is broken.

 

Does anyone know what format to put the telephone number into the form?

for the following disapproval form, the phone-number should be optional --

https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/disapproved

simply submit the form without a phone-number --

be certain the (email) contact information within

the merchant-center is accurate, up-to-date and

any spam or similar filters are not blocking google

from responding directly via email.

 

otherwise, if that form still does not work for you without a phone-number,

google may be called directly during normal business-hours of your local

country and time-zone here --

be certain to emphasize that the issue is related to product-listing-ads.

 

there are many additional rules, policies, requirements and guidelines violations,

that are unrelated to data-quality, but can trigger a disapproval or suspension.

This is the form I was trying to fill in I tried leaving it blank and it would not send still. Still came up with the error wrong format.

Same issue this morning. Tried endless number formats, fake numbers and blank.

Hi Everyone,

 

As an alternative means of contacting, if you are still experiencing issues with the contact form. 

 

If you have recieved an email - this may be with your technical contact or may have been caught in your spam filter, that contains details of the disapproval and the email subject contains a long line of alphanumeric characters (ticket number) please reply to this. This will allow the representitive dealing with your case to contact  you in regards to said disapproval.

My email was from a no-reply address.

Still have the same issue with the form.

I've tried many variations, fake numbers, empty.

I have the same issue. All the help links feed back to the same form, which is kicking back an error message of "Please try reformatting." below the phone number field.

 

I've tried every combination, but nothing has worked.

Hi,

I am also having this error. I tried changing the format of my phone number in at least 50 combinations, none of them are accepted.

Tried among others:

00xxxxxxxxxxxx
+xxxxxxxxxxxx
(+xxx)xxxxxxxxx
(+xxx) xxxxxxxxx
(xxx) xxx-xxx

Nothing works. I cannot contact the Merchants support because it never accepts my form.

google is aware of the phone-number issue and is actively working on a resolution.

 

however, if the forms are still not working -- will not accept any phone-number --
then google may be called directly during normal business-hours of your local
country and time-zone by using the following contact information --

simply use both the drop-down country menu, and the
drop-down language menu, to display the appropriate
contact details for your country, language, and time zone.

 

when calling a google-adwords representative from the google-ads-team:
(a) be certain to emphasize that the issue is related to product-listing-ads.

(b) if any email has been received from google, have the email's

trouble-ticket (case) number nearby before contacting adwords; e.g.
Subject: RE: [9-9999000009999] ...
(c) the adwords-account-number and merchant-center account-id should also be nearby.
