Disapproved ads merchant centre

Hey guys,

Some of my ads on the merchant centre have been disapproved to to the shipping weight, how can I see which ones they are? I know I can see the product list and see the disapproved ads from there but is there a way to filter the ones that have been disapproved due to the shipping weight?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Tom,

You actually want to be on the Diagnostics tab (which is usually the default tab that you reach when you click Products). Here's a screenshot:

Hi Tom,

Here is what I recommend you do:

1. Log in to Google Merchant Center

2. Click Products

3. Click Items

4. Click the downward-facing arrow (screenshot below). This downloads the complete list of product errors. You can sort the spreadsheet by the shipping error to identify all of the products it effects.

I hope that helps!

John

Hey John,

There doesn't seem to be an items section on the products section. (see screenshot)
