DMCA and Google shopping Feeds

What would happen if one of my products on Google shopping received a DMCA take down request?  I sell on Etsy too and one of my products falsely received one of these DMCA notices within Etsy.

If the DMCA notice was given to one of my Google shopping ads, what would happen to my shopping feed?  Would just the one reported product be suspended, or would the whole of my shopping feed be suspended too?

That's a serious violation and would most likely effect the whole account. I recommend that you contact the manufacturer that has reported the violation to sort it out DMCA claim.

Hope it helps.

DMCA is a copyright violation, and as you said that you received it for one product and within Etsy.

First make sure that it comes from reliable source like Etsy or another. There are many website to check the authenticity of DMCA notice. If its not came from Etsy may be someone trying to spam you. So double check with Etsy.

Further, in notice is valid:

So this means either you are using a copyright picture or content for your product. If you have copyright rights for that product or content simply reply the DMCA notice (as the notice say for reply or check DMCA reply template, which suits your situation) with copyright purchased/approve source and your explanation.

If not, then replace that product with copyright content or remove that.

Do the same (remove/replace) before your google shopping ads receive DMCA for that product.
