Good morning.

Depending on the laws of your country and the country in which you are advertising, this may be a perfectly legal tactic.

Hi

People can target competitor brands keyword.
They cant use competitors keyword in ad-copy if its trademark documents are submitted to Google.

Good morning.

I recommend that you read the AdWords Trademark Policy. You should also look into any policies specific to your own country and the trademark laws there.

Laws and legal requirements vary significantly from one country to another--we cannot be responsible for giving legal advice in this Community.
