Checkout Insecure

Hi, we've recently attempted to upload data feed for the first time but our account almost immediately got suspended due to a policy violation described as "checkout insecure". At the moment, I believe the issue might be that our website ( allows the customer to enter billing address info in a form on the checkout page before going to paypal.

Would we be able to amend this policy violation by changing the checkout by making it so that the customer immediately gets sent to paypal when they attempt to checkout? Any information you could give us to help us stay within Google's policies would be much appreciated.

Thanks for reading.

yes, that sounds mostly correct.

simply allow the ssl/https secure third-party payment-service
to handle the entire checkout-flow with any user data collection --
in this case paypal.

only list what is being purchased on the website
during checkout, with a simple clear link to paypal --

do not ask for any user data whatsoever on

the claimed website and the user should not

be surprised by being immediately sent to the

third-party payment-service.

the alternative is to add ssl/https pages on
the website during any user data-collection.

as a pure aside, product-listing-ads have rather strict

rules and policies with respect to health-related items,

including all ingredients and how such products can

be advertised -- especially with respect to any claims

made within any submitted data and on the website.
