Carrier shipping cost is inconsistent with actual cost from Shopify

I'm using shopify's shopping to transfer live data directly to my google merchant account. This is the first time i'm using this and I'm also new at google merchant. The transfer of products was successful. However, I noticed the estimated shipping rate did not match with my actual shipping rate from my website.

For Google Merchant account's shipping setup, i'm using "carrier calculated rate" for FedEx rates. For Shopify, i'm using the same setting for shopify to link rates from my FedEx account. However the rates for two doesn't match at all!! (FYI, the shopify rate is correct because i've checked with FedEx on the estimated rate based on my weight).

I'm not sure what basis is the carrier calculated rate is based on. I've tried manually calculate the weight based on dimension or actual weight and either with my discount or without discount (list rate), i can't seem to figure out how Google came up with the estimated rate for my product. Can someone help me?

Currently my products are under review since this is new. Will the inconsistent of shipping rate cause the review to fail? Or will i be even penalized for this?

Thank you for your help in advance!

inconsistent shipping will eventually trigger an
automatic disapproval, regardless of any review.

disapproved items will eventually be removed from the auctions;

continued disapprovals can trigger a suspension, at any time.

the best likely course would be to work directly with shopify support to be
certain all data is being submitted properly so that carrier-calculated rates
can be properly calculated and match shopify's calculated shipping details.

carrier-calculated rates are based on the shipping_weight

and dimensional attribute values submitted (in the feed)

for each item and the merchant-center-account settings.

generally, to use carrier-calculated rates for an item, be certain that:
(a) no shipping whatsoever is submitted in the data (feed) for the item;
and (b) exact and valid shipping_weight, and dimensional attributes --
shipping_length, shipping_width, and shipping_height -- values are all
submitted for the item.

valid (data-feed) values should include a
number, space, and google-supported unit; e.g.
2.34 kg

also, if shipping is displayed on the website link landing-page then, the
shipping seen within the products-tab of the merchant-center-account,
for an item -- based on the submitted shipping_weight and dimensional
attributes -- must match the landing-page.

both automated checks by google's crawls and random checks by policy specialists,
may be done to verify any displayed shipping or shipping for a user at checkout,
are accurate and match the submitted, configured, or calculated value.

shipping may be either exactly accurate or an overestimate.

currently, google cannot link any carrier-calculated
rates with any specific carrier-calculated-account.
