Can I turn a Google Sheet into a Feed?

I have a larger client with several promotions per week. Every Friday, she puts all of the promotions for the next week into a Google Doc, which I export, format and upload into the Merchant center as a promo feed.

I would love to just set up a new feed to fetch the data from the Google Doc automatically. Is this possible? In other words, is it possible for me to turn my Google Sheet into a feed?

a new feed can be registered as a google-spreadsheet
and then during registration an existing sheet can be
selected for all subsequent (re) uploads -- the upload
(fetch) can be scheduled.

or, a google-spreadsheet can be used to export a .txt
file to upload for any existing registered .txt feed file --
tab-delimited data-feed.

however, there is no "turn into" mechanism --
once a feed has been registered the existing
registered format is forever.

that said, there are apps-scripts or some server-side
scripting that might be able to automate the export
of the .txt file from the sheet and then either schedule
or ftp the upload of the .txt file from the existing sheet
into an existing registered .txt tab-delimited feed --
that is likely the closest "turn into" currently available.

if this is for a merchant-promotions-feed -- as opposed
to a merchant-center feed for product-listing-ads then,
only the .txt tab-delimited mechanism would be an option.
