Campaigns need upgrading

Hi All,

 

I have migrated PLA to Google shopping manually 3 weeks ago but now I am getting following alert.

 

"You still have campaigns that haven't been upgraded to Shopping campaigns. Upgrade them before regular Product Listing Ads campaigns go away on 31 August."

 

Why I am getting this alert?

(1) be certain no items are in both an
active product-listing-ad campaign
and a shopping-campaign -- all items
(that you wish to bid on) must be in
an active shopping-campaign and
all associated product-listing-ads
campaigns must be at least paused.

typically, regular product-listing-ads-campaigns should
first be enabled and any shopping-campaigns should be
paused; then, review and adjust the new campaigns and
swap the status only after being satisfied with the new
campaign structure and details.

(2) wait 24-72 hours or so for all items
to settle in an active campaign -- the
(feed) data may need to be resubmitted
after any new campaigns are created.

be certain the feed is updated if any
shopping-campaigns require new or
updated attributes.

(3) if the message is still seen then the best
likely course is to contact a product-listing-ads
specialist at adwords so they can look directly
into the submitted data and both accounts.

be certain to use the drop-down country menu, and the
drop-down language menu, to display the appropriate
contact details for your country, language, and time zone.

when contacting adwords, be certain to emphasize strongly and
immediately that the issue is concerning "product listing ads".

Hi Santhosh S,

 

I would recommend you to check the status of Google Shopping Campaigns. To review the status, go to All Online Campaigns at the left, and review the "Shopping Campaign Creation Status" Column. If the status is something other than "Complete", this is the reason why you may still see the alert message.

 

Also see if there are any paused PLA campaigns as well.

I have checked "Shopping Campaign Creation Status"" that showing '---' .Actually I have paused PLA after migrating to shopping campaign.Is that the reason to getting such alert?

*Need to remove PLA campaign?

Have you used Shopping Campaign Upgrade tool or have created a Shopping Campaign to replace PLA? 

 

Don't remove PLA until we had a clear discussion.

I would recommend you to go for Shopping Campaign Upgrade tool and here are the steps. Read it twice before proceeding. Have an eye on campaign status to ensure everything is fine.
