The text below is copied from a linked google docs spreadsheet where i'm trying to load a single product into the merchant center. Can someone with experience spot a problem?  The loader gives no details on why it won't load. Only that it fails. (To get this to show in this message I have to type it in since a paste gets rejected as invalid html) So you see row 1 column a then row 2 column a then row 1 column b, row 2 column b .....) id Cards title Tom's Door Card description Greeting Card google product category Arts & Entertainment > Party & Celebration > Gift Giving > Greeting & Note Cards product type Office Supplies link http://tomsdoor.com/cards.html image link http://tomsdoor.com/images/BearyHappy.jpg condition new availability in stock price 4.00 USD sale price sale price effective date gtin 735640924464 brand Tom's Door Cards

- a best-practice is to use a mix of letters and numbers for id; e.g.
bearcard1us

- gtin cannot be self-assigned by merchants -- rather, use
the identifier_exists attribute with an exact value of FALSE

and do not submit any gtin, brand, or mpn (global-trade-data).

the store brand will be submitted automatically be google for all items.

- shipping and tax must be included within the feed or set within the account;
be certain to set shipping and tax in the account before submitting the feed --
otherwise, both valid shipping and tax attributes must be included in the feed.

if weight-based or carrier-calculated shipping
is configured in the account then, a valid and
exact shipping_weight is required.

- the price submitted must match the one, single, landing-page price, exactly.

- sale_price and sale_price_effective_date are not required.

- image_link images should be at around 250x250 pixels.

- each item-entry must be for one, single, physical, item-offer;
title and description must name and describe one physical item.

- the website must be both verified and claimed.

- link url's cannot be a generic landing-page -- link must only show
the exact item being sold with a single price and an add-to-cart or
or similar shopping-cart button on the page.

- link landing-pages must contain clear and obvious return and refund policies.

- a shopping-cart on the website is generally required.

- the entire checkout process must be ssl/https secure.

- under-construction or similar websites are not allowed;
generally, the website must adhere to all policies, first --
otherwise, a test-feed may be used; note that test-feed
items never show within the products-tab.

- either a google-sheet or a .txt tab-delimited feed file is required --

a google-sheet cannot be used with a google-apps-for-work-account.

- be certain there is only one, single, feed registered.

- an example feed and landing-page:

http://www.celebird.com/resources/pla/item-templates/celebird-item.php?products=custom&id=celebird-e...

unfortunately, forum-members cannot look into the feed or account messages;
we can mainly offer suggestions based on the information that is posted here --
for example, the exact message or issue being seen may help (fails how exactly).

otherwise, a merchant-center product-listing-ads
support specialist may be contacted directly.
