I have recently setup a merchant accounts.  Today I get emails stating that the cart had issues...

CHECKOUT INCOMPLETE

Customers use the site and are placing orders, with secure payments through Ogone (Ingenico).

They receive emails with all the information of their order.

How can they claim that it is incomplete ?

see, https://www.coolgift.com

Can someone please advise what do I do next ?

generally, be certain that all ssl/https certificates are
properly chained and can be verified without error.

also, be certain that any payment gateway is using a direct server-side link --
without any redirects, pop-ups, framing, or any similar client-side indirection
or any passing of private or personal information using such techniques.

also, be certain the same, and only one, proper price, currency, and
language is displayed on the link landing-page and on the payment
gateway, for the item-offer, regardless of where the user is located.

otherwise, before making any changes, the best likely
course would be to contact a support specialist directly.

We are using the same software for https://www.coolgift.de
On that merchant account, I receive now the following error.
Funny thing is that we use SSL on the WHOLE website.

"NO ONLINE PURCHASING MEANS

Google Shopping requires websites participating in the program to provide a way for users to purchase the product through an online payment service, directly from the website or through other alternative payment methods such as cash on delivery, invoicing or payment upon collection. Payment and transaction processing, as well as processing of any personal information of the user (such as the address), must be secure (SSL-protected, with a valid SSL certificate).

Jurgen,

As you mentioned, you are using third party payment gateway; does your users redirecting to your website thank you page after they complete the payment on third party website?

In addition to what Celebrid suggested,

Also check whether the Adwords conversion tracking code is properly installed in thank you page where you are redirecting users after they complete the transaction.

When the client service told me the real problem, I solved that.
