I've 1000 products on my site and I'd like to add them to Merchent feed, Adding individually will take lot of time, how can I bulk upload products with all their attributes to merchant feed?

Thanks

S

Hi S,
Welcome to the community.

To programmatically manage your feed, you'll need to use the shopping API. You'll need coding/programming experience to use this however.

You can find more details about this here
https://developers.google.com/shopping-content/?csw=1
and
https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/188473?hl=en

If you're using a commercial eCommerce platform, many of them will have this built in and will allow you to generate a feed based on the data in your own DB. VERY handy if you have it. You'll need to contact the developers of your eCommerce platform to find out if this is a feature or not.

the registered feed can handle from 1 to 100,000 items or so.

simply add all the physically in-stock inventory items

you wish to bid on to the same registered data-feed

file and then re-upload the data-feed.

if you wish to automate the process of adding inventory data

to the feed -- or using google's api instead of the feed -- then,

the best course is usually to contact whoever is handling your

current inventory database, shopping-cart, or similar software

support organization to see if they can export the data to meet

all google-shopping requirements, specifications, and policies.
