BUG: Item Detail shipping section blank
It seems like after an update to the Merchant Center user interface yesterday, the shipping preview has disappeared from the Item Details page for multiple accounts that we manage.
Unfortunately, there are no updates/releases on the Announcements page for 2018, so there's no telling what is going on:
Please use the Send Feedback option in Google Merchant Center under the three-dot menu to let the Merchant Center team know if this is an issue for you.
I'd like to know if you have the same issue, too!

I called AdWords Support again yesterday, and they responded with this today:
Our team took a look at this issue and it does appear to be a technical problem, I've escalated this to our engineering teams for further investigation
It would really be fantastic if there was a program or place where advanced users or Google Partners (like my company) could have better communication with Merchant-Center-specific support specialists.
