Audit and Optimize Shopping Campaign

Hi,

 

I'm looking for some guidelines for Auditing and Optimizing a Shopping Campaign

Couldn't find any resource on how to do it.

 

I found many articles on how to audit and analyze Search Ads campaigns.

Improving Search Campaign is more about;

  • adding better keywords
  • remove under performing keywords,
  • Grouping similar keywords in Ad-groups
  • Check Search Terms and find irrelevant searches and add them as negative keywords
  • Create better Text Ads with CTA
  • Setup Extension, etc

Like Auditing a Search Campaign, How can I Audit a Shopping Campaign?

What are the things I should look. What are the signs of poorly setup Shopping

Campaign?

 

Do I have to look at Merchant account and Analytics other than Adwords account?

Please help. I'm new to shopping campaigns. Thanks!
