What is the process for seeking approval by Google of a new third party rating site so relevant rating results appear in SERPs when searching for suppliers?

google has yet to publish any such definitive requirements for
ratings-sites approval, despite being asked many times before.

google tends to contact the third-party ratings-sites
directly if they see promise as a potential supplier.

the best likely course would be to look to the current
set of approved third-party sites for common features
and establish a robust customer base.

otherwise, google may be contacted directly --
