All products has been suspended for more than 1 month and never get reply from Google AdWords Team.

My merchant center feed has been suspended for more than 1 month. I have corrected all the mistake and contacted the Google AdWords Team 3 times through the contact us form. And they always say they are working on it. 

 

Here is the only email I got from them on 10/24:

 

Hi Jason,

The issue is still under progress by our team. They reply that the issue might need 1-2 weeks more to deal with.

We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Sincerely,
Google AdWords Team

 

Now 2 weeks pasted and I was still waiting. 

 

Who are they? So you are not in a same team?

Than I recommend to email the person from the adwords team whom has been in contact with you.

 

Google Adwords Team Members are the only people who can help you. Simply be polite and try to find out what the delay is.

Normally if you have fixed everything it only takes 24 hours. So from experience I think you might have not resolved all issues and when this happens you will not get approved.

 

Recheck your data feed errors, read up on Google's policy to validate if you have done everything correct.

 

Google Shopping is very complex and what you need to do is ensure your data feed and website is pitch perfect with no errors or violations.

Not sure you have requested a re approval via the correct form.

 

First be 100% sure you have fixed all issues, errors and warnings than request a re approval in the form link below
