Adwords merchant centre product feed

I had an issue with my woocommerce data feed not working properly between adwords and merchant centre. So I am trying an alternative method by uploading the data feed via google sheets. I thought this might be better as I only have 2 products and want to set up a separate campaign for the US and UK.

My original ad campaign was for the UK using the old woocommerce data feed from merchant centre. I have now deleted this feed but it's not picking up the new one.

Is there a way I can force the old shopping campaign to pick up the new data feed or will I have to start 2 completely new campaigns?

Thanks

generally, be certain the id values between the feeds never change;

id must be unique per physical item-offer, across all target-countries,
and should never change with respect to a physical inventory item.

a best-practice is to use a mix of letters and numbers for id: e.g.
abc123uk
abc123us

abc123au

then, simply wait 24-72 hours for the items to be
assigned a final status and match a product-group.

the same data-feed cannot be used for for more than one country;

a separate shopping-campaign per target-country is also required.

otherwise, a merchant-center product-listing-ads support specialist
at google may be contacted directly to look into all submitted data
and both accounts.
