Account-wide shipping settings

To ensure my merchant account does not break with adwords.  Currently we are offering "Free Shipping", but as of Jan 3 Midnight we will switch to a rule

 

$0.00 to $27.98 - Ship Rate 3.75

Everything Else $0.00

 

Will that be good enough to not break my Merchant and Adwords?

for an account-wide shipping setting to be used:
(a) the shipping setting must be properly set within the account;
(b) there can be no shipping submitted for the item --
shipping within the feed for an item will override any
account-level shipping setting;
(c) the feed must be resubmitted -- a feed may sometimes
take 72-hours to be fully processed so that time-lag should
be taken into account.

to verify the shipping is properly set for each item,
click the item's title under the products-tab of the
merchant-center-account after the feed has been
resubmitted and processed.

shipping per item must be either exactly accurate or an overestimate
and reflect the shipping displayed and actually paid by a customer,
at all times, or is otherwise policy violation and grounds for disapproval
or suspension, at any time.

otherwise, a merchant-center, product-listing-ad
support specialist should be contacted directly
so a person can look into the account and feed.
