Account suspended due to policy violation: Google Shopping policies

I have used the same datafeed successfully for 2 years along with an adwords account, I cannot see anything in the policy as to why they would do this? There is no detailed explanation, just the following:

google is constantly checking and rechecking the submitted data,
the website, the physical product supply-chain, and the account,
for any issues related to policies -- google may disapprove or
suspend an item, feed, website, merchant, or account, at any time.

generally, a hand-inspection of the data-feed, items, and website
against all current rules, policies, and recommendations might be
done before contacting google.

also, check the main dashboard of the
merchant-center for overall account status.

also, check the current-issues section under the diagnostics-tab for
specific account, data-feed, and items (website) issues -- by clicking
on each of the blue-boxed errors, warnings, or notifications.

also, check the specific feed status by clicking
on the data-feed's name under the feeds-tab.

also, check the individual item's status by clicking
on the item's title under the products-tab and
clicking on the link under the technical-details area.

also, check the emails listed under the settings-tab --
where google would send an email detailing the issues;
be certain google is not blocked via spam or similar filters.

otherwise, forum members cannot look into data-feeds or accounts --
we would need more information such as exact status information,
any exact messages, screen-captures, registered url, etc, posted
here in the public forum [minus any personal or private information]
to help diagnose any potential issues and offer suggestions.

otherwise, simply contact google directly and ask for
a merchant-center, product-listing-ads, specialist.

Hi @Vistahun K,

 

No, it's not allowed according to Google Policy. Company logo shoudn't be present on the ad. However you can use the mentioned image on landing page not on "ad".
